| To begin: | Use a drawing software to create the image with the text you wish to put over the image you are going to protect. For this example I created this: ![]() |
| The original: | The image to being protected can be in any format. In this example I will use this: ![]() |
| Apply: | To apply the watermark enter the FLX WaterMark page. |
| STEP 1: | This is the first page: ![]() Click on [Browse...], choose the image to being protected, then click on [Send]. |
| STEP 2: | The next page will be: ![]() Click on [Browse...], select the watermark image we created in the beginning, then click on [Send]. |
| STEP 3: | The last page is: ![]() Parameters shown here are good in the 90% of the cases. Alter them to change your final result if it does not fit your wishes. Otherways, you can simply click on [Build final image]. |
| The result: | These three short steps are everything you need to protect an image. The final page shows a new image undistinguible from the original one. So it is in my example: ![]() Save this image in your PC and feel free to share it or to post it on the Internet. |
| Ownship: | An FLX WaterMark allows you to demostrate your ownship. If you need to demostrate you own an image you may just open it with a Browser like Internet Explorer and select it with the mouse. This is what I get in my example: ![]() As you can see the text is clearly readable. |
| Ending: | Common sings cover a part of your work and protect just that part; instead FLX WaterMark does not cover your image while it protects the whole work. Following image were protected just in one of the two halfs: as you can see the protected image is not altered by this watermark. --> ![]() |
